Seoul Kimchi is a labor of love using our family’s recipe that has been passed down for generations. Now our grandma’s recipe is available for all to enjoy. Made with fresh Korean chili peppers, carrots, green onion, ginger, and garlic. We use premium Napa cabbage, and only source from our local US farmers.
Seoul Kimchi is packed fresh in the jar, allowing a longer shelf life and the ability to control the length of the fermentation process to desired taste.
