Cheddar Cheese

Extra Sharp
Cheddar Cheese
Aged a minimum of 12 months for absolute cheddar peection, this delicious cheese crumbles beautifully over any recipe. You can savor that extra kick on its own, or enjoy with apple slices or spicy chutney for a complex burst of East Coast.
Private Stock
Vermont Cheddar Cheese
Private Stock has traditionally been the cheese set aside by Cabot farmers for close family and friends. It is a savory extra sharp masterpiece aged to peection for
