Our sprouted burger and hot dog buns are made with organic sprouted whole grain flour, for a smooth texture and delicious flavor.
We make our sprouted organic whole grain flour using our signature sprouting process, except after we sprout our grains, we dry them at a low temperature and mill them into flour. The results are a flavorful whole grain bun with a smooth and soft texture that retains all of the sprouting benefits of improved digestion and better absorption of nutrients, essential vitamins, and minerals.
