                    Libby, a former tech professional with
a love for food, embarked on a journey to create indulgent gluten-free and vegan desserts that she could enjoy without the health and environmental side effects. Frustrated by the lack of options that catered to both gluten
and dairy intolerances, she set out to redefine the world of dairy-free frozen treats. After discovering the incredible flavors and possibilities of well-made vegan and gluten-free desserts during
a trip to Austin, Libby was inspired to develop Kula Ice Cream—a full-sugar, full-fat, and delicious frozen dessert that captures the essence of real ice cream. With a commitment to inclusivity and community, Kula aims to provide access to amazing desserts for everyone including those who have to or choose to be vegan, dairy-free, or gluten-free.
