Promoting Paleo
The paleo diet, also known as the caveman or primal diet, follows one simple rule: if our ancestors didn’t eat it, neither should we.
That means no processed foods at all. They are replaced with whole foods.
It also means no dairy, grains, legumes, trans fats and sugars, but instead grass-fed meat, wild-caught fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds.
The diet is popular for those who want to lose weight and not count calories. It also reduces inflammation and increases key nutrients.
