Today’s consumer has taken this idea one step further – if it’s great for breakfast, why not for lunch, dinner, or a snack any time of day? 39% of today’s consumers want all-day breakfast to be a menu option.
The trend for Breakfast All Day continues to grow and has been adopted at all sorts of food establishments, including fast food restaurants and university dining halls. Restaurants have become very creative about offering unique blends of main ingredients, spices and condiments to add adventure to the breakfast staples.
Cereal Cafes offer lots of different cereal options, 30+ topping choices, along with different ‘milk’ options including flavored milks (dairy and nondairy) yogurts, kefir, buttermilk or quark.
